So Close To A Breakdown.

Recently I have been really down, about a great many things, like my love breaking up with me after I tried so hard to change for her. Also, I haven't been able to find a job as of late, and it is making me feel like a giant piece of shit. Maybe it doesn't help that I sit alone in my room, thinking these dark thoughts. Who knows? More recently I have been having some health issues, that have been hard to sort out. The problems have to do with my blood, and my high white cell count. I looked into it, and none of the reasons are really all that good. It could mean that I am fighting off an infection, it could mean i have cancer, but i hope the increase is just to do to the anti-depressants I am currently taking. But what can i do if i don't know what is causing the rise huh?
